1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of aspectwitney.shop and any purchase you make from the Aspectwitney store. The store is operated by ASPECT PLUMBING & HEATING (WITNEY) LIMITED("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 05735243, registered address Unit 4 Stanley Court, Richard Jones Road, Witney, Oxon, England, OX29 0TB. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell consumer home-organization products only. We make every effort to display products, dimensions, materials and colours accurately, but slight variation may occur and product images are illustrative. Load and fitting limits stated on product pages must be followed.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of any import duties or local taxes that may apply on delivery. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any payment taken.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers, Stripe (card payments) and PayPal. Card details are handled directly by the payment provider on their secure systems; we do not store full card numbers. You confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. All site content, branding and images are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
