What does Aspectwitney sell?+
We sell physical home-organization products — entryway racks, hooks, storage bins, tool rolls, step stools and related goods. We are a product retailer and do not provide installation, repair or trade services.
What currency are prices in?+
All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). International duties or taxes, if any, are set by your country and are payable by the recipient.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is a flat $6.95, and free on orders over $55. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy for transit times by region.
How long will my order take?+
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Transit then takes roughly 2–4 days in the UK and 6–15 days internationally depending on destination.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Payment is handled on the provider's secure systems; we never store full card details.
Can I return an item?+
Yes — within 14 days if the item is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. Mounted or fitted items can only be returned if faulty. See the Refund & Return Policy.
Do wall-mounted items come with fixings?+
Yes. Wall-mounted products include anchors and screws plus a fitting template, and each product page states the recommended maximum load and mounting method.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?+
Yes — for property managers, hospitality, offices and resellers. Use our bulk order enquiry form for a quote.
